Every Sunday, you’ll be given a new nourishing experiment to try during the week. 📝
Everyone will go through the same experiment focus of the week. But you’ll be able to customize and choose a variation of the experiment that fits your personal needs and enables you to grow. All while making sure it’s achievable and exciting!
🔄 A Quarterly Journey
Nourishing Circle is delivered in 13 weeks cycles called a Journey. A full year, or 4 journeys, make up a Transformation.

With a full to-do list, it can be stressful to figure out what to eat every day on top of getting your work done.
You keep postponing figuring out your nutrition for when you'll have time.
But that time has never come 🤦♀️Until now.
Nourishing Circle, was designed for busy self-employed women in mind. You’ll only need 15 minutes each week to set-up and do your weekly experiment.
Then, if you decide to join the live call, 1 more hour.
That’s a maximum of 1h15 per week to get the most out of the experience.
📱 Easy Access: A Mobile Friendly Experience
The whole experience is accessible from your mobile phone.
Improving on your nutrition shouldn’t feel like work—so you won’t need your computer to participate in the experiments every week. And that means you can have it with you while you’re in the kitchen too.

To make it exciting and give you accountability, you’ll join a cohort of like-minded women. We’ll stay connected through a Telegram group.
This will be a safe place to share the experiment you are doing at the start of each week 📢 and get motivation and ask for help when challenges will arise during the week.
